Sea Buckthorn Oil (Smiltsērkšķu Eļļa) – Extra Virgin, Cold-Pressed, 100ml

Sea Buckthorn Oil (Smiltsērkšķu Eļļa) is an extra virgin, cold-pressed Latvian oil supplement made with sea buckthorn oil concentrate and refined sunflower oil. Naturally vivid and aromatic, it is a traditional Eastern European wellness product valued for its carotenoid content and vitamin A contribution.

Each recommended daily dose of two teaspoons (10g) contains 6g sea buckthorn oil concentrate, providing carotenoids calculated as 10.8mg β-carotene, corresponding to 1,800μg RE vitamin A (225% NRV), together with 4g refined sunflower oil. Vitamin A contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps maintain normal skin and vision as part of a balanced diet.

This versatile oil can be taken during meals or used as a bright, fruity salad dressing. To preserve its natural qualities, it is not recommended to heat.

Directions

Adults and children over 14 years old: take one teaspoon (5g) two times a day during meals. Shake before use. Slight sediment is permissible.

Warnings

Do not use in case of individual intolerance to any component. May contain traces of walnut, mustard and sesame oils. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Storage

Store at temperatures up to +25°C, in a dark place, out of reach of children. After opening, store in a cool place and use within 3 months.
