Refund & Returns Policy — MAK Eastern European Delicatessen

Your Right to Cancel (Non-perishable goods)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (for non-perishable items). To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Perishable & Chilled Goods

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable, chilled, or frozen items unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will confirm return instructions within 2 working days.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
