UK Delivery

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Scotland.

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): from £3.99
Delivery cost is calculated by weight at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment being confirmed.

Chilled & Fresh Products

Chilled items are shipped with appropriate cold packaging. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as we cannot be responsible for chilled products left unattended after delivery.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Some remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may have extended delivery times or additional charges — these will be shown at checkout.

We currently do not offer international delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at the local depot. Please collect it or arrange a redelivery within 5 working days.
