UK Delivery

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Scotland.

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): from £3.99
Delivery cost is calculated by weight at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment being confirmed.

Chilled & Fresh Products

Chilled items are shipped with appropriate cold packaging. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as we cannot be responsible for chilled products left unattended after delivery.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Some remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland) may have extended delivery times or additional charges — these will be shown at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. All international orders are sent from Scotland by Royal Mail. Delivery cost is calculated by the total weight of your order, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. We cannot accept single international orders over 25 kg — if you need a larger quantity, please contact us and we will arrange it as separate shipments.

Flat rate of £20.99 to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Delivery aim: 5–7 working days. Import duty and VAT may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rest of World

Flat rate of £25.99 to Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. Delivery aim: 7–14 working days. Import duty and taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Restricted Items

Alcohol is not available for international delivery.

Meat, dairy and other products of animal origin cannot be sent to the European Union, including the Republic of Ireland, under EU import rules. Some food products are also restricted entering the United States, Canada and Australia, and may be inspected or refused entry by customs authorities. Any item that cannot be sent to your country will not be available to add to your order.

Tracking

For UK orders, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.

International orders sent by Royal Mail International Standard are not tracked, and compensation is limited to £20. If you would like a tracked and insured international service, please contact us before ordering and we will quote you for it.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at the local depot. Please collect it or arrange a redelivery within 5 working days.
